1. General

By using the Daisy Hub website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update them from time to time, and the latest version is always available on this page.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, images and prices accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice. Offers apply while stock lasts.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or incomplete delivery details, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

4. Payment

We accept Fonepay QR payments and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount is payable when your order is delivered.

5. Delivery

Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley and outside the valley is charged at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order or reply to your enquiry (such as name, phone, email and address). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
